        In this episode of Cooking with Bessemer, we show you how to cook delicious Curried Lamb with Pumpkin. Classic 3lt Casserole &amp; Lid Sally Hunte. 1 1/2 kg diced lamb 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 inches of ginger, grated 1 tub tomato paste with a touch of chilli 1 jar of Rogan Josh curry paste 1 cup pumpkin, diced Fry onion, garlic and ginger in one tablespoon of oil until golden. Add curry paste and tomato paste and stir thoroughly. Add lamb and pumpkin and mix. Cook until lamb is tender, usually about 1 hour. Remove any oil which has formed on top of the curry. Add a couple of tablespoons of coconut cream and serve with chopped coriander and mint.        </td>

Recipe for Chicken Korma (Mild Curry) 1/4 cup of vegetable oil 3 garlic cloves 2 onions finely chopped 2 green chillies 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp of ground coriander 1/2 tsp of turmeric 1/4 tsp of salt 4 green cardamom pods slightly crushed 2 tsp of tomato paste 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup of coconut milk 20 cashew nuts crushed 2 inch ginger root peeled and grated a generous pinch of garam masala 1. heat oil in a large saucepan or wok over medium heat. add garlic, onions, and chillies and fry stirring frequently, 6-8 mins til onions are golden brown. 2. stir in the cumin, coriander, turmeric, salt, and cardamom pods and fr for 1 min, then stir in the tomato paste. 3. add the chicken pieces. meanwhile bring 1 cup of water to a boil. 4. add the water and coconut milk to the chix then add the round nuts, simmer, uncover, stirring occasionally, 7 mins or until the chicken is cooked through. 5. stir in the ginger and sprinkle the garam masala over ---------- **Look to the right for more DITLOs in the related videos section!** DITLO stands for Day In The Life Of... ...me. Pack all the ingredients into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, until the loaf is cooked through and golden on top. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Serve cut into slices with a salad or steamed greens.        </td>

        Part 1 is here: www.youtube.com Ingredients: 1 32 oz. bag frozen mixed veggies seasoned tofu (see recipe below) Pot Pie Gravy (see recipe below) Biscuit topping (see recipe below) Add gravy, tofu, and veggies to a large casserole dish. Top with biscuit topping. Heat in a 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until biscuit top is done. Seasoned Tofu: 12 oz extra firm tofu diced 1 TB Oil (or cooking spray) 1 heaping TB McKays Vegan or other chicken seasoning 1/2 TB Nutritional Yeast Flakes Coating of Onion Powder Coating of Garlic Powder Sprinkle of McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning (optional) Heat tofu on medium to medium high heat until all water is cooked out and tofu begins to brown. Add Chicken seasoning and Yeast flakes. Let sit for about 1 minute. Turn off heat and add additional seasonings. Pot Pie Gravy 2 Cups Vegetable Broth 1/3 C flour 1/4 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 TB McKay&amp;#8217;s Vegan Chicken Seasoning or other chicken seasoning 1 dash salt Mix dry ingredients together. Put broth in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Slowly add dry ingredients stirring as you add so there is no clumping. Stir occasionally. When gravy comes to a boil, stir continuously until desire consistency is reached. Biscuit Topping 1 C flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 TB sugar 1/4 tsp Salt 1/3 C Milk (Soy or otherwise) 1/6 C Oil Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine all ingredients together. Roll out biscuit dough before placing on pot pie.        </td>

        Part 2 is here: www.youtube.com Ingredients: 1 32 oz. bag frozen mixed veggies seasoned tofu (see recipe below) Pot Pie Gravy (see recipe below) Biscuit topping (see recipe below) Add gravy, tofu, and veggies to a large casserole dish. Top with biscut topping. Heat in a 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until biscuit top is done. Seasoned Tofu: 12 oz extra firm tofu diced 1 TB Oil (or cooking spray) 1 heaping TB McKays Vegan or other chicken seasoning 1/2 TB Nutritional Yeast Flakes Coating of Onion Powder Coating of Garlic Powder Sprinkle of McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning (optional) Heat tofu on medium to medium high heat until all water is cooked out and tofu begins to brown. Add Chicken seasoning and Yeast flakes. Let sit for about 1 minute. Turn off heat and add additional seasonings. Pot Pie Gravy 2 Cups Vegetable Broth 1/3 C flour 1/4 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 TB McKay&amp;#8217;s Vegan Chicken Seasoning or other chicken seasoning 1 dash salt Mix dry ingredients together. Put broth in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Slowly add dry ingredients stirring as you add so there is no clumping. Stir occasionally. When gravy comes to a boil, stir continuously until desire consistency is reached. Biscuit Topping 1 C flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 TB sugar 1/4 tsp Salt 1/3 C Milk (Soy or otherwise) 1/6 C Oil Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine all ingredients together. Roll out biscuit dough before placing on pot pie.        </td>

        In this video, Betty and Rick demonstrate how to make Rotisserie Chicken on an outdoor grill. The chicken is seasoned and placed over a heated grill, rotating until it is done. The meat is tender and juicy, and this is a great alternate to regular grilled chicken. Ingredients: one 4-pound chicken extra virgin olive oil freshly ground sea salt freshly ground black pepper Open the bagged chicken and remove the giblets from the inner cavity. The giblets are not used for this recipe. Rinse the chicken in clear water and place in a container that is large enough for you to season the chicken. Trim any excess fat from the chicken (although some fat is good for basting the chicken as it cooks). Pour olive oil over the chicken and spread it with your hands all over, including the inner cavity. Grind sea salt and black pepper over the chicken, and rub it over all parts, until the chicken is well-coated with olive oil and salt and pepper. Now, place the chicken on the spit, which fits on your grill. Place the spit on the grill, when the temperature of the grill is about 350 degrees. Turn on the switch to make the spit rotate. Close the grill and cook 1 ½ to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature is 175 degrees at the thickest part of the meat. (Note: The chicken is not cooked over direct flame; it is cookeby by indirect heat.) Remove from spit, carve as desired, and place on a nice serving platter. Serve immediately.
