Part 1 is here: www.youtube.com Ingredients: 1 32 oz. bag frozen mixed veggies seasoned tofu (see recipe below) Pot Pie Gravy (see recipe below) Biscuit topping (see recipe below) Add gravy, tofu, and veggies to a large casserole dish. Top with biscuit topping. Heat in a 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until biscuit top is done. Seasoned Tofu: 12 oz extra firm tofu diced 1 TB Oil (or cooking spray) 1 heaping TB McKays Vegan or other chicken seasoning 1/2 TB Nutritional Yeast Flakes Coating of Onion Powder Coating of Garlic Powder Sprinkle of McCormick Original Chicken Seasoning (optional) Heat tofu on medium to medium high heat until all water is cooked out and tofu begins to brown. Add Chicken seasoning and Yeast flakes. Let sit for about 1 minute. Turn off heat and add additional seasonings. Pot Pie Gravy 2 Cups Vegetable Broth 1/3 C flour 1/4 tsp Cumin 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 TB McKay’s Vegan Chicken Seasoning or other chicken seasoning 1 dash salt Mix dry ingredients together. Put broth in a small sauce pan on medium heat. Slowly add dry ingredients stirring as you add so there is no clumping. Stir occasionally. When gravy comes to a boil, stir continuously until desire consistency is reached. Biscuit Topping 1 C flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 TB sugar 1/4 tsp Salt 1/3 C Milk (Soy or otherwise) 1/6 C Oil Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then combine all ingredients together. Roll out biscuit dough before placing on pot pie.
